GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) -- ECU head football coach Blake Harrell met with media for his first in-season press gathering of the year today.
ECU and Alabama kickoff at Noon on Saturday, with the Pirates currently listed as a 28-and-a-half point underdog.
"They're a solid football team, a team that played in the playoffs last year and won a playoff game," Harrell said. "They're very talented on both sides of the football and got guys who are going to play on Sunday."
The Crimson Tide start this year's campaign ranked 13th in the nation after an 11-4 season last year.
