We continue the countdown to the start of the Arizona Cardinals' regular season. Today, Monday, August 24, is 20 days away from the Arizona Cardinals' regular-season opener on Sept. 13 on the road against the Los Angeles Chargers.
With 20 days until Week 1, let's look back at the 2020 season for the Cardinals.
A look back at the 2020 season for the CardinalsThe 2020 season was the second for head coach Kliff Kingsbury and quarterback Kyler Murray.
Murray was coming off being the Offensive Rookie of the Year.
The Cardinals were better than expected. They went 8-8 and had a shot at the playoffs, but lost their final two games. They were 5-2 and 6-3 at different points of the season. They lost five of their final seven games.
2020 individual honors, leadersThe Cardinals had three Pro Bowlers in 2020.

- WR DeAndre Hopkins
- S Budda Baker
Hopkins was a second-team All-Pro, while Baker was a first-team All-Pro.
Murray passed for 3,971 yards, 26 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He also rushed for 819 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Kenyan Drake led the team with 955 rushing yards and scored 10 times.
Hopkins, in his first season with the Cardinals, set a then single-season record of 115 catches for 1,407 yards and six touchdowns.
Baker and linebacker Jordan Hicks led the team with 118 tackles. Baker had two picks and six pass breakups. Cornerbacks Patrick Peterson and Byron Murphy each broke up eight passes. Peterson and cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick each had three interceptions.
