Bray Hubbard has his share of buzz heading into his fourth Alabama football season.
The Crimson Tide safety was named to the USA TODAY Sports 2026 preseason All-America team, joined in the defensive backfield by Georgia safety KJ Bolden, Oregon cornerback Brandon Finney and Notre Dame cornerback Leonard Moore, a unanimous first-team selection.
Hubbard was also named to the Lott IMPACT, Nagurski, Wuerffel and Thorpe Award preseason watchlists.
Hubbard led the SEC in interceptions in 2025, adding 79 tackles, 4.5 tackles-for-loss, six pass deflections and three forced fumbles.
Alabama cornerback Zabien Brown was selected to the second team. Brown is on the Nagurski and Thorpe Award preseason watchlists.
Troy punter Evan Crenshaw was named to the first team with Hubbard.
Alabama opens the 2026 season Saturday, Sept. 5 against East Carolina.
