Amanda Serrano will defend her WBA and WBO featherweight titles against Lucrecia Manzur on Friday night as part of a Most Valuable Promotions boxing card.

After ending her rivalry with Katie Taylor, Serrano (49-4-1) won back-to-back fights against Reina Tellez and Cheyenne Hanson. She will be looking for her 33rd win via knockout, which would break the record she currently shares with Hall of Famer Christy Martin.

"No one's going to say, 'Oh, yes, I'm gonna be her 33rd victim.' I know [Manzur] came to fight, so that's even a better and a sweeter victory when I do get it," Serrano said at the pre-fight press conference.

Manzur (14-4) has won five straight fights. She has seven knockout wins under her belt, but she will enter the ring as a massive underdog.

"I'm aware that it's all about Amanda Serrano. It's her show, but I've trained very hard for this fight," Manzur said at the press conference via her translator. "I know she's looking for that knockout, but she's going to have to find someone else to knock out because it's not going to be me."

8:33 p.m. ET: Zavala with signs of life in round two, landing body shots. Tiafack also connected to the body, going back to hurting Zavala. Tiafack with punishing blows to the head and body of Zavala. The referee called the fight, giving Tiafack a KO win.

8:28 p.m. ET: Tiafack with flurries right away, pouncing on Zavala, who left body shots wide open. The latter barely threw any punches to start the fight.

8:19 p.m. ET: Heavyweights are in action next, as Nelvie Tiafack faces Salvador Zavala.

8:14 p.m. ET: "Right Hook Roxy" pushed Hernandez by the ropes some sharp shots. However, Hernandez started to fight back with hooks and combos. Verduzco would win via split decision. 

7:55 p.m. ET: Both swung away at the start of the opening bell. Verduzco pressed forward, controlling the distance. She landed sniper-like hooks in the third.
