Barcelona have reportedly agreed a deal worth €4 million with Serie A side Venezia for Toni Fernandez.
The youngster is set to leave before the summer transfer window closes and Fabrizio Romano says the transfer is near. The two clubs have agreed a fee and the transfer will include a 50% sell-on clause and a buy-back.
Fernandez will now hope he can play regular football with Venezia on their return to the Italian top flight, while Barcelona will receive a small fee but do have the option to bring him back in the future.

The transfer is one of several deals that Barcelona are hoping to complete before the window closes next week. Alvaro Cortes is another La Masia graduate set to depart and join Royal Antwerp, while Marc Casado and Hector Fort also appear to be heading for the exit.
Barcelona have also waved goodbye to youngsters Tommy Marques and Jofre Torrents this summer in what has been a busy window for the Catalan giants.
