Denver Broncos cornerback Riley Moss (ribs) did not practice again on Tuesday, but coach Sean Payton indicated after Monday's practice that the team is just being cautious with the cornerback.
“He’s doing fine," Payton said of Moss. "I would say it’s nothing serious. We’re being smart. We’ll see as the week progresses where he’s at.”
Denver backup offensive lineman Frank Crum also remains sidelined. Payton was not scheduled to speak with media members on Tuesday, but he said Crum was "doing good" after Monday's session.
"We’ll have a couple of these guys — so far we’ve had a few injuries that were costly for some players, but hopefully we can get through this next stretch relatively healthy," Payton said.
Elsewhere on the injury front, center Alex Forsyth (unknown) also did not practice. A group of players including linebacker Drew Sanders (unknown), running back RJ Harvey (unknown), tight end Caleb Lohner (unknown) and safety Tycen Anderson worked on a side field. New safety Taylor Rapp, who just signed last Thursday, was not spotted at practice.
