BSU women's basketball adds to coaching staff, hires Bodie Hadenfeldt as assistant

Aug. 14—BEMIDJI — Bemidji State women's basketball's new coach is adding to her coaching staff.

BSU announced Thursday that Bodie Hadenfeldt will join new head coach Madison McKeever's staff as a second assistant for the 2026-27 season.

Hadenfeldt spent the 2025-26 season as an assistant coach at Fort Hays Tech Northwest in Kansas, where he was involved in all aspects of the NJCAA women's basketball program. His responsibilities included player development, scouting and film breakdown, recruiting, practice planning, game preparation, travel coordination and daily program operations.

Prior to Fort Hays Tech Northwest, Hadenfeldt spent four seasons as a student assistant with the Mount Mercy men's basketball program. He's also coached outside of the college game, coaching with All Iowa Attack Basketball, helping develop high-level student-athletes while coaching multiple age groups.
