Cadillac have named Marcin Budkowski as team principal in place of Graeme Lowdon.
The US team joined Formula One this year and boast veteran drivers Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez. But the pair are bottom of the standings with zero points each.
Pole Budkowski is a former executive director at Alpine and also worked for the governing FIA.
Cadillac chief executive Dan Towriss said in a statement on Wednesday: “Marcin brings exceptional F1 experience, technical expertise and strategic leadership that will strengthen our organisation and help us develop the winning mindset, tools and processes required for long-term success.”
F1 returns from its mid-season break at the Dutch Grand Prix on August 23.
