CeeDee Lamb‘s Texas home was burglarized while the Dallas Cowboys were at training camp in California.
On July 30, the home of the team’s wide receiver, 27, was robbed of more than $300,000 worth of property, according to Fairview Police Department records obtained by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and The Spit Bucket podcast.
According to the police report, Lamb had four luxury bags stolen from his home.
The burglar is believed to have entered through a broken window on the property, per the Star-Telegram. An individual working on a renovation on the northeast side of Lamb’s property noticed the damage and called the police the following day.

While an investigation remains ongoing, police have not publicly shared details of any suspects at this time.
The Fairview Police Department did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
The burglary follows a string of thefts that have targeted professional athletes in recent years. In November 2024, a fellow player for the Cowboys, Linval Joseph, had his Minnesota home burglarized during his first season with the team, per the Star-Telegram.
Travis Kelce, Joe Burrow, Luka Dončić and Juan Martin del Potro are among the other athletes who have been robbed of expensive jewelry, watches, sports memorabilia and more.
In May, three people wanted by the FBI were arrested in connection with some of these burglaries.
“The capture of these two individuals in Argentina” led to the arrest on Saturday of a third member of the gang, Commissioner Enrique Gutiérrez of Chilean Interpol said in a video shared by the police at the time, per CBS News. “Arrest warrants with a view to extradition” have already been requested by U.S. authorities.

In December 2024, the FBI warned sports leagues about organized theft groups targeting professional athletes “due to the perception they may have high-end goods like designer handbags, jewelry, watches and cash,” per a report obtained by ABC News at the time.

The report alleged that organized theft groups from South America had burglarized the homes of at least nine professional athletes between September and November 2024 using publicly available information and social media activity to figure out when the players would be out of their homes.
“These preparation tactics enable theft groups to conduct burglaries in a short amount of time,” the report stated. “Organized theft groups bypass alarm systems, use Wi-Fi jammers to block Wi-Fi connections and disable devices, cover security cameras and obfuscate their identities.”
