The Miami Dolphins have been hard at work over the last few weeks, holding 11 training camp sessions, including a joint practice with the Washington Commanders. They also battled the Commanders in a preseason game on Friday night that they lost 20-7.
While the Dolphins are still learning about their players, these players are also competing for spots on the roster and opportunities once the regular season kicks off in September.
Now that we finally have some gameplay to evaluate, let's use what we've seen over the 11 practices and one preseason contest to put together a new 53-man roster projection for the 2026 season.
