It only feels right that the WNBA's single-game and single-season rebounding records belong to Angel Reese.
Reese now stands alone in WNBA history after she secured both achievements in the Atlanta Dream's 78-71 win over the Los Angeles Sparks on Monday night.
Reese hauled in 26 rebounds to surpass A'ja Wilson's single-game record -- and with 458 boards on the season, she has seven more than Wilson accrued back in 2024.

Like viewers at home or the fans watching inside Crypto.com Arena, Reese's All-Star teammate Allisha Gray could not really believe what was happening.
Gray said postgame that she would catch a glance at the in-arena box score as Reese's rebounding total went up. And up. And up.
"I'm just in awe watching her rebound, that's a talent," Gray said.

Atlanta topped the Sparks twice while defeating the Phoenix Mercury and the Las Vegas Aces over a six-day stretch.
The Dream has won six out of the past seven games and sits fourth in the standings, a half-game ahead of Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever.
