Ezri Konsa has completed his move from Aston Villa to Arsenal, putting pen to paper on a four-year deal with the option of a further year.
The England international has signed for the Premier League champions for a fee of £51 million, having been at Villa since their return to the top flight in 2019, making 287 appearances over the last seven years.
Upon joining the club, Konsa stated, “I’m super excited. It’s a privilege to be here and can’t wait to get started. I want to keep winning; I’m hungry to win, and that’s what I’m here for. It’s a proud moment for me and my family to play for one of the best teams in the world.”
Konsa is unavailable for selection for this evening’s season opener against Coventry, but could make his Gunners debut next weekend against his former club.
