Falcons rookie WR mic'd up for joint practice with Colts

The Atlanta Falcons will face the Indianapolis Colts on the road this afternoon at Lucas Oil Stadium, but the real action went down during this week's joint practices. While the Falcons won't be playing their starters, head coach Kevin Stefanski allowed them to play in 11-on-11 drills in practice against the Colts Wednesday and Thursday.

Tua Tagovailoa and Daniel Jones each led their respective teams, but the defenses ultimately stole the show. Nonetheless, these joint practices allowed Atlanta's rookie class, including wide receiver Zachariah Branch, to get some valuable experience against an NFL defense.

Branch, the third-round pick out of Georgia, has been impressive throughout the Falcons' training camp. The rookie was mic'd up for Thursday's practice against the Colts. Watch below, as shared by the team's YouTube channel.

Saturday's game starts at 1 p.m. ET at Lucas Oil Field in Indianapolis, Indiana.
