On September 2, the GCMS volleyball team continued its impressive run in the season by sweeping rival PBL in a nonconference match. With this victory, the Conquering Riders improved their record to 7-0, demonstrating their dominance on the court. In addition to GCMS’s success, other notable volleyball matches took place. The Blue Devils, hosting the Vikings, secured a solid win with a score of 26-24, 25-13. Raylynn Hearnley played a crucial role for the Blue Devils, contributing five kills and five digs. Mallory Brines also made a significant impact with 16 assists, while Aaliyah Williams added six kills to help the team improve to 2-2 for the season.
Meanwhile, the Titans faced a challenging match, suffering a loss to their opponents with scores of 25-13 and 25-14.
