Guglielmo Vicario has shared an emotional message with Tottenham Hotspur fans following the completion of his loan transfer to Juventus.
The 29-year-old has walked in the footsteps of his hero Gianluigi Buffon by making the move to Turin after the Serie A club abandoned their pursuit of Aston Villa's Emiliano Martinez over the weekend and turned their focus to the Spurs goalkeeper on Sunday instead.
Following his medical on Monday, Vicario finalized his loan transfer on Tuesday, with Juventus securing an option to make the deal permanent for £8.5 million (€10/$11.5 million).
