"Friday nights are the best," said Eureka senior Lincoln Knapp. "It's one of the big reasons we play football. We love Friday nights. It's all the hype on Fridays. You come out and play the game, especially after a win, it's one of the best feelings."
Pork chops will be on grills, tickets and programs will be handed exchanged at entrances and fans will find their seats again. Football is back after about a nine-month hiatus.
"All that cooking, the burgers, the pork, it smells so good you get a little hungry before the game. You're excited for that kickoff, the anticipation is crazy," said Washington senior Dan Gorman. "The music is playing, the band. It's awesome. There's nothing the compares to Friday night."
