Newly promoted Premier League side Hull City are one of the clubs interested in Paris FC forward Ilan Kebbal (28). The Ligue 1 club are, however, not willing sellers, as they have already made publicly clear.
Hull City are looking to strengthen their squad in order to bolster their chances of ensuring safety in the Premier League. Kebbal, who excelled for Les Parisiens last season (nine goals, four assists in 29 games in Ligue 1), has caught the eyes of several clubs. Olympique de Marseille have been linked throughout the summer but do not have the means to pull off a deal.
There is interest from elsewhere, however. Olympiacos, Al-Fateh, and Hull City are all in the race to sign the Algeria international, Foot Mercato understands. Paris FC’s desire is to retain the playmaker, however. “Kebbal, Mbow, and Camara won’t leave this summer. Like us, they are the desire to continue, grow, and take the next steps together,” said Paris FC’s sporting director, Marco Neppe, earlier this week. A deal could, therefore, prove difficult to pull off.
