The IndyCar Series takes on a new course with a visit to Markham, Canada, for the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham, a 90-lap race on the 12-turn, 2.19-mile layout. Perhaps the lack of familiarity may slow Alex Palou, who is well-positioned for his fourth consecutive series championship, and fifth in six years. However, he was won 25 races in 110 IndyCar starts, so maybe not.

\n Predictions for the IndyCar race at Markham from IndyStar's Zion Brown\n- It's been a while since IndyCar raced on a street course. Who has best chance — besides Alex Palou — to come up big this weekend? "It has to be Kyle Kirkwood, who's my pick to win. Kirkwood might be the most naturally gifted on street courses in the series, so when you give everyone a course they've never driven before (like Arlington in March), he emerges as a favorite."
- Which pair of teammates will combine for the best finish in Markham? "I'll go with Kirkwood and Marcus Ericsson of Andretti Global. Kirkwood has finished top five in every street race this year while Ericsson has been top 10 in three of the four."
