Star forward Harry Kane trained with Bayern Munich during the official team presentation on Monday for the first time since returning from his holidays.

England captain Kane, as well as France internationals Michael Olise and Dayot Upamecano have returned after they had extra time to rest following their participation in the semi-finals of the recent World Cup.

Except for Konrad Laimer and Jamal Musiala, all other players participated in the training session.

Musiala gave Bayern fans a scare during the 3-1 win in the friendly match against RB Leipzig on last Saturday.

The Germany playmaker, who broke his leg in July 2025 and has struggled for full fitness since, suddenly fell to the pitch late on in the game. His team-mates urgently called for the doctors and a stretcher was brought out. He was eventually able to walk off on his own.

Laimer, meanwhile, limped off injured.

"Everything's fine; I took a knock - but it's no big deal, I should be back to normal soon. It's always enjoyable when the fans are here. We really enjoy it," Laimer said during Monday's event.

Bayern have a friendly against Heidenheim on Tuesday before they officially kick off the season in the Franz Beckenbauer Super Cup on Saturday. Their first Bundesliga match is on August 28 against VfB Stuttgart.
