Lip-readers think Angel Reese said 4 words after flagrant foul

During the Atlanta Dream's 104-69 win over the Connecticut Sun, Angel Reese was fouled from behind by Aaliyah Edwards while going up for a shot. It was eventually deemed a Flagrant 1 foul -- defined by the WNBA rulebook as "contact committed against a player, with or without the ball ... interpreted to be unnecessary" -- by officials.

It was after that review that cameras focused on Reese on the Dream sideline, where lip-readers thought she might have said, "She grabbed my neck." Reese gestured to her neck as she said it.

Reese finished the game with 8 points, 15 rebounds, four blocks and three steals. She currently leads the WNBA in rebounding at 12.0 per contest.
