The Biscuits jumped out to a four-run lead in the first inning, highlighted by an RBI double by Justyn-Henry Mallory. Kamren James hit an RBI double of his own to spark a three-run second-inning rally. Malloy hit his second RBI double of the game in the eighth inning.
The Blue Wahoos were held to only three hits in the contest. Two of which were doubles from Fenwick Trimble and Colby Shade.
High-AThe Beloit Sky Carp fell to the Quad Cities River Bandits 8-7 on a walk-off home run by Austin Charles on Wednesday.
After falling behind early, the Sky Carp took a 2-1 lead in the third inning on a two-run homer by Cody Schrier.
The River Bandits struck back in the bottom half of the third inning with a two-run homer by Blake Mitchell, his 22nd of the season, to put Quad Cities up 3-2.
Singles from Jesus Hernandez and Schrier highlighted a three-run rally in the fourth inning to put the Sky Carp up 6-3. Schrier later hit a solo home run to add to Beloit’s lead in the sixth inning. Schrier went 3-for-5 with five RBIs

Single-AThe Jupiter Hammerheads fell to the Tampa Tarpons 2-1 in a rain-shortened game on Wednesday.
Echedry Vargas hit his 25th home run of the season in the first inning for the Hammerheads' lone hit and run in the game. Vargas was coming off a multi-homer game on Tuesday. He now has the Hammerheads’ franchise record in home runs.
Manuel Genao gave up two runs on four hits with five strikeouts in five innings for the Hammerheads.
