Hirving ‘Chucky’ Lozano – LA Galaxy 

Was subbed in during the second half of a 2-2 draw against Montreal. 

Hector Herrera – Houston Dynamo 

Played 35 minutes in a loss over the weekend. 

Eredivisie

Mateo Chavez – AZ Alkmaar 

Played the full 90 minutes in a win over the weekend. It’s only the start of the season but it looks like the youngster has cemented himself in the lineup for this season. 

Stephano Carrillo – Youth Division – Feyenoord 

Continues to play with the youth side. 

Premier League 

Julian Araujo – AFC Bournemouth  

Still recovering from surgery. 

EFL Championship 

Raul Jimenez – Wolverhampton Wanderers

Provided an assist in a 3-1 win over the weekend. Now he and the team will prepare for an EPL game during the week. 

Edson Alvarez – West Ham United

The defender was not part of the gameday roster for West Ham over the weekend. There have been rumours for a while now that Alvarez wanted to leave West Ham as he had no desire to play in the second division. Now it looks like he might make a move to Greece to play with Olympiacos with Armando Gonzalez.

Received no minutes in the season opener. 

Obed Vargas – Atlético de Madrid 

Was not called-up for the season opener. This most likely points to the youngster being sent on loan in order to receive more minutes as the midfield at Atlético is crowded.

Serie A 

Johan Vasquez – Genoa 

Played 87 minutes in the season debut where the team lost 0-2. 

Santiago Gimenez – AC Milan 

Continues to recover from an ankle injury. 

Russian Premier League 

Luis Chavez – Dynamo Moscow 

Was subbed in at the beginning of the second half. According to rumors, Dynamo would love to renew his contract that is up in the summer of 2027.

Cesar Montes – Lokomotiv Moscow 

Montes has made his way back to the field where he played 75 minutes in Moscow’s loss over the weekend.

Rodrigo Huescas – FC Copenhagen

In the final phase of his post ACL surgery recovery.

Julian Quiñones – Al Qadsiah FC 

Played 90 minutes. 

Belgian Pro League 

Cesar Huerta – Anderlecht  

It looks like Huerta’s time in Europe might be coming to an end as reports have emerged that the player will be heading back to Liga MX to play with Pumas.

Was subbed into the game in the second half.

Did not see any action.
