Atlético Madrid have reached agreement with Roma for the transfer of Argentina right back Nahuel Molina to the Italian club.
The 28-year-old, who joined the Rojiblancos in 2022 from Udinese, played 181 matches over his four years in Spain.
He posted on Instagram: “Today after 4 years I have to say goodbye to this great club. Grateful to have been a part of this beautiful family.”
Molina has won 65 caps for Argentina, helping his country win the 2022 World Cup and two Copa America titles.
He and Argentina team-mate Leandro Paredes are being investigated by FIFA over their involvement in the brawl which followed the 1-0 defeat to Spain in the World Cup final on July 19.
