Natasha Cloud stepped up to defend fellow WNBA star Breanna Stewart against persistent online critics.

Natasha Cloud was unstoppable in her last outing, exploding for a career-high 35 points to lead the Chicago Sky past the New York Liberty. She took complete control of the floor, knocking down clutch buckets late while adding 9 rebounds and 6 assists in a dominant performance.

Breanna Stewart put in a standout performance of her own, putting up a team-high 22 points while shooting an efficient 61.5% from the field, as well as adding 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.

Continuing to perform at an MVP level, Breanna Stewart is averaging 20.7 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.4 blocks, and 1.3 steals per game.

Yet, she still comes under criticism at times.

After a gruelling battle on the court, Natasha Cloud made sure to show props to New York Liberty star Breanna Stewart for her performance after eclipsing 3,000 points in New York.

“I feel like the last 3 or 4 years, the disrespect to Stewie’s game has been crazy. To all the s*** talkers, to all the Stewie haters, man… her resume don’t lie. You can’t hate on that resume.

“She continues to help her team whether they’re hitting adversity or not. She’s a 3-level scorer, she can guard 1-5, she is athletic as hell, long as hell and she’s just a really high IQ player.”

Any kind of criticism for Breanna Stewart does seem crazy, as she’s been averaging roughly 20.9 points, 8.4 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game over the last four seasons.
