The New York Giants waived wide receiver Beaux Collins off of injured reserve (IR) with a settlement on Friday, ending his tenure with the organization.
Collins had been dealing with a concussion during training camp. He was originally waived with an injury designation earlier this month, cleared waivers, and reverted to the team's injured reserve list.
The 23-year-old signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Notre Dame in May 2025 after transferring from Clemson. Collins made the initial 53-man roster last season as the only undrafted player to do so. He appeared in nine games in 2025, recording two receptions for 25 yards, and contributed on special teams before a neck injury sidelined him for the final eight contests.
The injury settlement frees Collins to continue his recovery and pursue opportunities with other teams ahead of the 2026 season.
In a related roster move, cornerback DJ James, who was waived/injured earlier this week, cleared waivers and reverted to the reserve/injured list.
