Notre Dame football is quite the draw when it comes to an opposing teams town, and this is exactly the case this fall when the Blue and Gold travel to Provo, Utah to take on BYU.
\nThe Irish and Cougars are both preseason US LBM Coaches Poll top-25 teams, meaning the matchup will surely have College Football Playoff implications. The ticket prices in the secondary market are expecting that as well, as ABC4 News in Utah is reporting that prices for this game are going from $550 to $16,000.
\nIt’s a pretty big range of prices, so I had to see for myself and it’s a bit higher than reported. A single ticket through StubHub.com is $609 with a pretty good view from the end zone up in row 29. If you want to get closer, a ticket in row 5 will run you $11,281, which is a bit lower than what was reported.
\nOver a SeatGeek.com, it’s almost exactly the same price for the lowest ticket. It will cost you $610 for a seat in the end zone in row 16, and the highest current listed price is $8,053 which would put you in row 10 around the 20-yard line.
\nWhile the report is off just a bit on its prices, the cost to see the game won’t be cheap. Notre Dame always travels well, and this is just goes to show that the Irish are a must-watch team, even on the road.
\nCollege football season is almost here, and as BYU is scheduled to battle Notre Dame, tickets on the resale market are going for anywhere from $550 to over $16,000.
