Arch Manning, who is entering his redshirt junior season with the Texas Longhorns, isn't the only Manning quarterback hitting the field this fall.
Marshall Manning, the cousin of Arch Manning and son of Peyton Manning, is a backup freshman quarterback at Baylor School (TN) behind senior Keegan Croucher, who has committed to Ole Miss. Croucher is a four-star prospect who does not appear to be in any danger of losing his starting job, but Manning will get rotational snaps this fall.
Marshall made his high school football debut during Baylor's 38-20 win over Brentwood Academy on Thursday. He completed his lone pass attempt:

"I want Marshall to play in every game this year, even if it's just two plays like that," Baylor coach Erik Kimrey said after the win, via Joe Spears of USA TODAY High School Sports. "Hopefully it'll be a lot more. We need him next year and he needs to get ready."

Marshall's cousin, Arch, is the son of Cooper Manning (who is the brother of Peyton and Eli). Marshall is Peyton's son, and Eli also has a son, Charlie, who is a seven-year-old quarterback. So the Manning quarterback era does not appear to be ending anytime soon.
