Forward Niclas Füllkrug is close to a return to his former club Werder Bremen, broadcaster Sky said.
According to the report, Füllkrug has his medicals scheduled for Tuesday before singing a contract with the Bundesliga club.
The player started his career at Bremen's youth academy and had his most recent sting at the club between 2019 and 2023 when he moved to Borussia Dortmund.
He was sold to West Ham in 2024 and most recently played on loan at AC Milan. Since the move to the Premier League, however, he's been plagued by injuries and also lost his position in the Germany national team.
