River Bandits defeat Sky Carp, extend division lead to two games

The River Bandits took down the Sky Carp, 8-4, Sunday afternoon in the series finale. With the win, the River Bandits won the series, 4-2, over the Sky Carp.

Bigger picture, the series win gives the River Bandits a 2-game lead over the Sky Carp heading into the final week of the season.

The River Bandits finish the year on the road at Peoria from Sept. 1 through Sept. 6.
