Section V lands 10 first-team all-state boys lacrosse selections

Spring 2026's all-state teams for boys lacrosse have been released, and the list features a heavy dose of stars from Section V.

Fifty-two area players were selected this year, including 10 first-teamers. Penfield, Pittsford, Victor and Penn Yan all have five players apiece that made the New York State Sportswriters Association's list.

Penfield's AJ Theodorakakos, Irondequoit's Cooper Moore, Palmyra-Macedon's Carson Lich and Penn Yan's Braden Fingar were all named to the first team for the second consecutive year. Theodorakakos was previously named the All-Greater Rochester Player of the Year.
