“Seventh Final Countdown”; “No From Me” – Tennis Fans React As Serena Williams Launches New Partnership Ad Before US Open

Serena Williams has added another layer to her business profile amid the US Open, this time teaming up with the meal delivery company Factor to promote nutritious eating. The 23-time Grand Slam winner’s campaign has, however, received a mixed response from her fans, who have made their disapproval clear on social media.

Williams has been at the center of promoting healthy eating ever since publicly revealing her use of GLP-1s. Now, the returning legend is making moves on social media with an ad campaign. Williams just released an advertisement on X titled “The final countdown,” in collaboration with Factor, that shows her putting forth a series of nutritious meals curated by renowned chefs and registered dietitians.

In the promotional clip, Serena Williams takes a dish straight out of the microwave and digs right in before the screen cuts to black with the brand’s caption, “Factor – Let’s Eat Real.”

Serena Williams’ 2026 US Open Run in Partnership with Carlos Alcaraz

For Serena Williams, this was her first professional appearance at Flushing Meadows since 2022, when the 44-year-old played her last match before announcing her retirement. As part of her return campaign, Williams launched a mixed doubles campaign in New York and partnered with the returning Carlos Alcaraz, who had been sidelined from action since April due to a wrist injury.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion and the seven-time major winner Alcaraz dominated their opening match, defeating Lloyd Glasspool and partner Erin Routliffe, 5-3, 4-1.

However, the pair fell in the quarterfinals to the No. 4 seeds Belinda Bencic and Flavio Cobolli, 5-4, 4-1.
