KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Ralph Scott, a promising freshman forward for the Tennessee Volunteers, will be out of action for a minimum of six months due to an injury to his left knee that necessitates surgical intervention. This announcement was made by head coach Rick Barnes on Wednesday.
The 6-foot-8 Scott is scheduled to undergo surgery on Thursday, a procedure that the coaching staff hopes will enable him to recover fully and return to the court.
