This year, the NFL is doing something different as the quest to the Super Bowl kicks off, in a first-of-its-kind pairing with Disney, Champion, and Fanatics to create the “Year of the Super Bowl” promotion.
On Monday, the design teams at Disney Consumer Products, the NFL, Champion, and Fanatics revealed the final team-character pairings, and fans can see which iconic Disney, Pixar, Marvel, or Star Wars characters were chosen to match each organization's identity, fandom, and culture.
As with everything, some of the choices were a bit obvious, but for the Tennessee Titans, it was definitely on target.
Tennessee Titans’ Fan pick is Marvel’s Thanos
The Titan. Singularly focused, relentlessly determined, and impossible to ignore.
This collection and collaboration is the first step in a season-long promotion to celebrate ESPN, which, for the first time in its storied history, will carry the Super Bowl on February 14, 2027, giving fans an alternative to the traditional gear used to celebrate their fandom.
