Texas wide receivers Ryan Wingo and Cam Coleman were listed among the names on this year’s Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list. The award is given annually to college football’s top FBS receiver.

The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, which presents the award, announced this year’s watch list this week. Both Wingo and Coleman will be juniors this season—Wingo is a returning starter for Texas, while Coleman transferred into the program after departing Auburn earlier this offseason.

As a Tiger last season, Coleman was among those to make Biletnikoff Award’s preseason watch list.

Former Texas tight end Jack Endries made the Biletnikoff Award’s watch list last season. And back in 2022, former Texas wide receiver duo Xavier Worthy and Isaiah Neyor made the preseason watch list.

Texas hasn’t had an actual finalist for the award since legendary Longhorns wide receiver Jordan Shipley was a finalist for the award in 2009—the last time Texas football played for a national championship.
