As the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC) field hockey season approaches, fans and coaches alike are eager to see which players will shine on the field. This year, a talented group of athletes is set to make their mark, and we’ve compiled a list of 25 players to watch in 2026.
Leading the pack is Coco Biggs from Ludlowe, a senior forward who has already committed to Boston College. Biggs has earned recognition as a CHSCA All-State and All-FCIAC selection, demonstrating her prowess on the field.

From New Canaan, Reagan Celiberti is a sophomore midfielder who made a name for herself as an All-FCIAC selection during her freshman year, contributing nine goals and ten assists to her team. Her continued development will be crucial for New Canaan's success.
Another player to watch is Clara Fielden, a senior defender/midfielder from Wilton, who has committed to Davidson. Fielden was recognized as an All-FCIAC First Team member and received an Honorable Mention from GametimeCT All-State, highlighting her defensive skills.

Additionally, Cienna McNamara from New Milford, a senior forward, scored 22 goals and provided ten assists, earning her a spot on the GametimeCT Second Team All-State. Meanwhile, Ellie Meyran from Branford, a junior forward, led the SCC in goals for the second consecutive season with 28 goals and ten assists, earning her a place on the GametimeCT Second Team and CHSCA All-State.
