The event, scheduled for Saturday at Xfinity Mobile Arena at the South Philadelphia Sports Complex, marks the city's first numbered UFC card in more than 15 years and is expected to draw attention from combat sports fans across the region.

Headlining the card is a welterweight title fight between champion Islam Makhachev and top-ranked challenger Ian Machado Garry, while women's strawweight champion Mackenzie Dern will defend her title against Gillian Robertson in the co-main event.

The fight card also includes several Pennsylvania connections, including Philadelphia native Jeremiah Wells and an all-Pennsylvania middleweight bout between Pittsburgh-born Mansur Abdul-Malik and Lancaster County product Dustin Stoltzfus.
