Vote for the Big Bend Preps Athlete of the Week for 8/17-8/22

The polls are open once again, as voting for the Big Bend Preps Athlete of the Week has returned.

Fall sports returned across the Big Bend last week, and with that, so did the standout performances of local athletes across the area.

With that, here are the nominees for the Big Bend Preps Athlete of the Week.

• Landon Dougherty, QB, Godby: 13-24, 219 passing yards, 4 touchdowns
• Henry Richardson WR/DB, Maclay: 4 receptions, 125 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns, 2 interceptions, 2 PBUs, 32-yard punt return
• Ryheem Moore, WR/DB, Wakulla: 3 interceptions, 1 pick-6, 1 reception, 43 receiving yards, 1 touchdown
• Javon “JT” Christian, DB, Madison County: 6 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 PBU, 1 pick-6
• Tucker Campbell, K/P, Florida High: 4-4 PAT, 50-yard FG, 33-yard punt average
• Drayden Flowers, LB/RB, Taylor County: 9 carries, 50 yards, 3 touchdowns, 6 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 2 QB hurries
• Larry Jewell, ATH, FAMU DRS: 8 catches for 201 yards, 1 touchdown, 1 pass for 31 yards, 1 touchdown, and 1 carry for 6 yards
• Randon Manausa, LB/RB, Leon: 12 tackles, 2 sacks, 3 TFL, 6 carries, 48 rushing yards, touchdown
• Chris Mitchell, RB, Chiles: 5 carries, 102 yards, 2 touchdowns.
