Watch Texas A&M junior WR's other impressive catch this preseason

Texas A&M's seventh preseason practice finished out on Thursday afternoon, and while nearly every wide receiver, especially junior Mario Craver, Alabama transfer Isaiah Horton, and freshman Aaron Gregory, has stood out, no one has matched junior Terry Bussey's performances in nearly every practice, and after reeling in a one-handed catch from backup QB Brady Hart, Bussey's other notable grab was released on Thursday.

Thanks to Texas A&M video editor Cooper Deel for the coverage, Aggie fans can now see Terry Bussey's second catch from Saturday's scrimmage, as the former five-star prospect caught starting quarterback Marcel Reed's throw in solid man coverage from senior cornerback Julio Humphrey.

Adding more muscle this offseason, Bussey now stands 5'10" and 205 pounds, filling out his frame to help take more blows and reach his potential as a crisp route runner with the strength to pull down tough catches, which has been the case this fall.

Right now, Alabama transfer Isaiah Horton, junior Mario Craver, and redshirt freshman Ashton Bethel-Roman are expected to start at the X, slot, and Z receiver spots, while Bussey and freshmen Aaron Gregory and Madden Williams will continue competing for the No. 4 receiver job.

Bussey is a near lock behind all three projected starters, especially if this level of play continues over the next two weeks. Under new OC Holmon Wiggins, Texas A&M's passing attack is expected to match last season's production, with Marcel Reed expected to improve in the pocket and cut down on turnovers.

In addition to his one-handed grab that got attention, Texas A&M WR Terry Bussey also made this catch vs. Julio Humphrey in 11-on-11 during the open practice Saturday. Pass came from Marcel Reed.
