The latest instalment of the FC (formerly FIFA) video game is set to be released next month, and fans are not happy with Cristiano Ronaldo’s rating.

During the 2025/26 season, Ronaldo managed to score 30 goals and assist five in 37 matches while playing in Saudi Arabia.

However, despite still scoring a lot at the age of 41, his card in the upcoming FC 27 video game has been downgraded.

Fans not happy with Cristiano Ronaldo’s FC 27 card

In FC 26, Ronaldo’s base gold card was rated 85 and had 76 pace, 88 shooting, 76 passing, 80 dribbling, 34 defending and 76 physicality.

However, his card in the upcoming edition has now been shared online, and the decrease in both rating and stats has not gone down well.

One fan responded to a post showing Ronaldo’s new card by writing: “What a joke!! The ratings and the stats in this game are so weird every year!!”

Another stated: “9 pace slower than Messi, funniest company ever.”

A third simply commented: “The disrespect.”

Another questioned: “67 pace but has anyone seen the runs he makes?? In the World Cup one of the goals is with a really good run and if Cristiano has 67 pace most players can’t even reach 60.”

“Hahaha 67 pace, what a joke,” echoed a fifth, while another tweeted: “Had a better year and season than Messi but gets downgraded and Messi gets a +3. It’s insane, man.”

Ronaldo fans will be able to play with his new card from September 25 when FC 27 is released to everyone, or from September 18 if they have early access.
