Who made Cleveland Browns' initial 2026 53-man roster? Here's the team

BEREA ― Meet the 2026 Cleveland Browns. Well, for at least the next 24 hours or so until they make their next moves.

The deadline for the Browns, and the rest of the league, to go from their training camp limit of 90 to the regular-season number of 53 was 6 p.m. on Aug. 30. They came into the day with 74 on the roster, so they had to cut 21 to reach the limit.

The next deadline will be 1 p.m. Aug. 31. That's when the deadline will be to put in waiver claims.

The Browns had plenty of questions to ponder to get to that 53. Questions that had trickle-down impacts because one roster spot taken in one position group takes away on spot in another one.

Dillon Gabriel or Taylen Green at quarterback? Or, how about four quarterbacks out of the gate?

Five wide receivers or six? Malachi Corley or Gage Larvadain if it is six?

Zak Zinter at guard or Luke Wypler at center? Or are both on the offensive line?

Six cornerbacks and four safeties? Five corners and five safeties?

All of those questions now have answers. At least, they have initial answers.

Here is the Browns' initial 53-man roster.

• Running Back (4): Michael Burton (FB), Quinshon Judkins, Dylan Sampson,  Raheim Sanders
• Wide receivers (6): Isaiah Bond, Denzel Boston, KC Concepcion Jr., Malachi Corley, Jerry Jeudy, Tylan Wallace
• Tight ends (3): Harold Fannin Jr., Carsen Ryan, Blake Whiteheart
• Offensive linemen (10): Austin Barber, Parker Brailsford, Spencer Fano, Tytus Howard, Elgton Jenkins, Teven Jenkins, Zion Johnson, Dawand Jones, Luke Wypler, Zak Zinter
• Defensive linemen (9): Derek Barnett, Maliek Collins, Kalia Davis, Mason Graham, Mike Hall Jr., Adin Huntington, Isaiah McGuire, Julian Okwara, Jared Verse
• Linebackers (5): Justin Jefferson, Easton Mascarenas-Arnold, Winston Reid, Carson Schwesinger, Quincy Williams
• Defensive backs (10): Mekhi Blackmon, Tyson Campbell, Michael Coats Jr., Grant Delpit, Myles Harden, Ronnie Hickman, Donovan McMillon, Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, Daniel Thomas, Denzel Ward
• Specialists (3): Corey Bojorquez, Rex Sunahara, Andre Szmyt

• Placed on injured reserve (1): QB Dillon Gabriel (back)-designated for return
• Placed on reserve/non-football illness (1): TE Joe Royer-designated for return
