A look back at the 1932 season for the CardinalsThe Cardinals went 2-6-2 in 1932. They lost their final five games after starting 2-1-2. They scored nine or fewer points in all but one game. They averaged 7.2 points per game, which ranked fifth in the eight-team NFL. The 11.4 points they allowed per game was the second worst mark.
1932 individual honors, leadersThe Cardinals had 2 All-Pros. Center Tim Moynihan made the first team as a rookie, and right tackle Lou Gordon made the second team.
Walt Holmer's 449 passing yards and two touchdown passes led the Cardinals. They were the only touchdown passes on the team.
Holmer also led the team with 23 rushing yards and scored once. Irv Hill was next with 162 yards and scored three touchdowns. Chuck Kassel was the team's top receiver with seven receptions for 141 yards and a touchdown.
