Manchester United have agreed a deal with Brighton and Hove Albion to bring Cameroon midfielder Carlos Baleba to Old Trafford.
A report from Fabrizio Romano puts the fee at almost $89 million with the potential for nearly $7 million more in add-ons.

The 22-year-old Baleba has 16 caps for his country and has already made well over 100 appearances for Brighton including 92 in the Premier League with three goals and an assist.
Baleba joins Andrey Santos, Youri Tielemans, Kobbie Mainoo, Bruno Fernandes, and Manuel Ugarte in Man United's midfield picture.
Carlos Baleba to Manchester United — How will Carrick use Cameroon midfielder?Baleba is not there to bring a ton of offensive playmaking to the table, but he's going to make life easier for the other 10 players on his team.
He's a ground-covering player with both explosive burst and impressive long speed.
Baleba is strong in the air and has elite ball-winning abilities, though last season — his third with Brighton — saw a dip in overall performance.
It would seem likely that Baleba will get every chance to work with Tielemans behind Fernandes as a triangle in the 4-2-3-1.
Kobbie Mainoo and Santos will also want plenty of minutes but there are more of them to go around as the Red Devils return to the UEFA Champions League. Manuel Ugarte's there, too.
This was a move Man United needed with Casemiro now on the books at Inter Miami. The hope is that Baleba can be what the Red Devils hoped they'd signed in Ugarte.
