Former NBA star Derrick Rose will be returning to the Philippines, this time in Cebu, as he holds a two-day basketball event next week. Rose, the 2011 NBA Most Valuable Player, will head to the Queen City of the South for the “Rose Meets the Queen: Derrick Rose in Cebu”.
