Garrett Williams activated from the physically unable to perform list

The Arizona Cardinals defense in the Nick Rallis era can only be described as bad, but there have been some positives.

One was the initial development of Garrett Williams who was becoming one of the premier slot cornerbacks in the NFL.

Before a series of injuries caused him to miss time and then battle through more injuries, that caused his play to become really, really bad.

That is why this news is good, we hope, because getting Garrett Williams back could be one of the better things to happen for this defense.

If he is fully healthy and able to regain his form from the 2024 season.

If not, he would once again be a liability and could cause issues for an already bad defense.

However, we have to be confident that he can regain that form when fully healthy, and he is only coming back because he is finally healthy and ready to contribute.
