Jaguars EVP Tony Boselli named to NFL's competition committee

Jacksonville Jaguars' EVP Tony Boselli is the newest member of the NFL's competition committee.

According to the NFL site, the competition committee "reviews all competitive aspects of the game, including (but not limited to) playing rules, roster regulations, technology, game-day operations and player protection."

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell appoints the members of this committee.

"I have always viewed the game of football – and the institutions and traditions that support it – as sacred," Boselli said, via the Jaguars team site. "I felt that way when I entered the National Football League as a player more than 30 years ago, and I feel an even greater responsibility to it today."

The 2026 season will be Boselli's second in the Executive Vice President role with the Jaguars, working closely with general manager James Gladstone and head coach Liam Coen.

Boselli is now one of 12 members who make up this group.
