For the second year in a row, Texas quarterback Arch Manning has been named to the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award watch list. The award is given to each season’s top upperclassman quarterback.
Manning, a redshirt junior, is a returning starter at Texas. He’s 12-3 overall, with 25 appearances.
