Mets' Benge throws out two Padres in row at home

Right fielder Carson Benge and left fielder A.J. Ewing, both rookies with the Mets, combined to throw out three runners at home plate in the first two innings, including two by Benge, during New York's 2-1 win over the San Diego Padres on Monday night.
