Ohio high school football schedule | A look at the Akron area's Week 2 games

Questions are already piling up for Akron-area teams as the second week of the Ohio high school football season is set to unfold this week.

Is Walsh Jesuit as good as it looked in a season-opening 34-0 rout of Highland? We might know more when the Warriors play Clark Co. Springfield (1-0) this week. Can the always-tough Hornets bounce back at Strongsville (1-0)?

Can East, which rallied last week to beat Bedford, stay perfect this week against Nordonia, which walloped St. Vincent-St. Mary last week? And can Archbishop Hoban get its first win after a tough loss last week in Florida?
