Packers training camp live practice updates today, schedule, injuries

For the second consecutive day, the Green Bay Packers hit the practice field during training camp for their final preparations before their second preseason game.

But this practice isn't open to fans.

It's one of several that head coach Matt LaFleur has closed to the public throughout training camp.

The Packers have only two remaining open training camp practices remaining for fans, with the final one being the joint practice in one week with the Arizona Cardinals.

What will happen at practice today, Aug. 19?

The Packers' second preseason game is just two days away. The Packers play the Denver Broncos on the road with kickoff set for 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 21.

The Packers are playing the Broncos in Denver for the second time in the last three years during the preseason.

They also played at Mile High during the 2025 regular season, a game that started the team's four-game losing streak to end the season (it became five counting the playoffs). It also is remembered as the game that Micah Parsons suffered his torn ACL.

Here's the Packers' preseason schedule:

• Thursday, Aug. 13: at Pittsburgh Steelers, 6 p.m. (Steelers 28, Packers 9)
• Friday, Aug. 21: at Denver Broncos, 8 p.m.
• Friday, Aug. 28: Arizona Cardinals, 7 p.m.

All remaining Packers training camp practices are scheduled for 10:30 a.m.

Practices are held at Ray Nitschke Field across the street from Lambeau Field.
