Pakistan beat Chinese Taipei in Asian Netball Championships

Pakistan continued their strong run in the Plate Division of the Asian Netball Championships 2026 with a 55-38 victory over Chinese Taipei in Hong Kong on Wednesday.
The result marked another convincing performance by Pakistan, who have been competing in the Plate Division alongside Japan, Thailand, Chinese Taipei and South Korea. The tournament is being held from Aug. 8 to 15 at the Kai Tak Arena in Hong Kong.
Pakistan controlled the contest to secure a 17-goal victory, adding to their impressive start in the competition. They had earlier opened their campaign with a 58-34 win over Japan before producing another dominant display against South Korea.
The Asian Netball Championships is being contested across Cup and Plate divisions, with the tournament also carrying significance as teams compete for qualification to the 2027 Netball World Cup in Sydney.
